The fluidity of his artistry was perfected by comprehending the science of the lay-up in order to train his body repeatedly and effectively. I believe that performing a massage therapy treatment is considered an artistic endeavor as well.  However, the more important concept behind our art is the science of massage therapy. By identifying the “whys” behind what a bodyworker does during a treatment is to be able to work with intent.

During this class, we will revisit and evaluate our previous massage experiences in order to make better choices, then practice to elevate your body mechanics, massage strokes, treatment progression applications, draping and communication skills. Join us for a fun-filled and informative class that will peal back the layers of your understanding about how to work smarter not harder, all while taking better care of yourself.
