Cupping Certification Part One - Cupping for Health and Vitality

Cupping Therapy has been used for centuries for health maintenance and to treat internal disorders. Cupping creates a vacuum to draw out stagnation and toxins and mobilizes the blood, qi and lymph. This action allows the tissues to repair to address chronic injuries and pain, and restores healthy function to resolve internal disorders.
Students will learn a variety of cupping techniques addressing the common cold, muscle aches and pains, digestive disorders and irregular menstruation to name a few. This class is geared toward students who are new to cupping or need a refresher. Different types of pneumatic cups will be available for students to try. This course uses vacuum-pump cups, not fire-vacuum cups.
This course is the first part of our full Cupping Certification, which consists of 3 courses, 18 CEs total. The additional coursework is:

Upon completion of all three parts, participants will be issued Cupping Certification from Zen Shiatsu Chicago.

- After registration, an invoice will be created in the student portal for the remaining balance due. We will notify you by email when it is ready. Please pay that invoice by Aug 31 to maintain qualification for early registration discounts.

- $400 Deposits are non-refundable after June 30, but in the event you can’t attend, the credit can be held indefinitely for credit for future classes. Prior to June 30 the deposit can be refunded minus a 5% fee.
Cupping Part One requires that students use their own set of pneumatic glass or acrylic cups. We carry custom-built 14-piece pneumatic glass cupping sets not available from any other source. Regularly $149.95, these sets are $25 off for students in Cupping classes.
