This class covers kinesiology taping applications for specific myofascial syndromes. 

We will explore applications for:

  • postural taping
  • specific injuries
  • facilitation of general movements
  • facilitation of sports-specific movements, 
We will explore how to access and customize taping approaches for each individual. The day will conclude with guidance on how to work these methods into your daily practice with clients.

Prerequisite: Kinesiology Taping Fundamentals
