As a life-long learner, I am continuing my studies with the Zen Shiatsu Post Graduate Program in addition to studying with other masters and modalities. I am in search of building and expanding a language of health that addresses the complexity of individuals as a whole. I seek to broaden my own lens and through that exploration share my knowledge with others. It is my goal to empower, support and draw out the best in each individual in order for them to discover and live life to it’s full potential. I believe everyone is on their own journey with their own lessons to learn in this lifetime. Whether in the fitness world, through my practice, or both, I seek to elevate. In any way I can, I’m here to help.
